At TLT we make a business out of providing safe systems of work for others through our scaffold and access solutions, so safety is vital to our business.
We ensure that our staff is provided with their own safe systems of work, safe working environment, instruction, training and supervision, which is reflected in the TLT Groups policies and procedures.
To ensure a safe working environment to both our own staff and to others on the sites we are providing services to, our OHS Team conduct periodic audits. This is to assess the level of safety of the working environment provided by the contractor as well as ensuring that the scaffold is built correctly. It is used as a means to improve our services to our clients.
Most of our staff has high risk licenses to be able to perform their duties.
